I ordered several polo shirts, many were unavailable. One that was delivered was filthy with boots prints on it. I was in contact with a lovely women named Shelly! She was courteous, professional and completely understanding!!!! She corrected all my problems immediately! Valued employees like her are difficult to find. She is the reason for the 5 stars! This shirt is a well made true to size shirt. It lasts well under daily wear and retains color and collar shape. We've worn this shirt for several years. Our employees enjoy having a color selection.

I could not have asked for a better experience from an on-line seller. The website is easy to navigate, and they give the option to order without having to create an account. They accept PayPal which makes the transaction easier and safer when doing a first time order. The order was shipped UPS ground and it arrived the next day! (Turns out, I was only 100 miles away from the ship point.) I will be shopping with these great folks again. 5 stars.
