Yupoong Flexfit

Yupoong was founded in Seoul in 1974, first exporting fabrics and then making roll-up hats. In 1994 the company patented Flexfit, the original stretch-fit cap that used elastic in the crown so one hat could cover a range of sizes without a plastic snap. That construction moved from licensed team caps into streetwear and became the blank most decorators mean when they say a Flexfit.

Teams and brand programs use Yupoong Flexfit hats for embroidered logos, event giveaways, and custom fitted caps that stay on without a buckle.
