Men's Ultra Blend pocket polo. 5.6 oz. 50/50 cotton/poly jersey. Contoured welt collar and welt cuffs. Five-point left-chest pocket. Three-button placket with woodtone buttons. Double-needle hemmed bottom.

This card is discontinued with limited units. Source card points to 436P. Pocket blocks a standard left-chest mark; decorate above the pocket or on the right chest.
