Charles River Apparel was founded in 1983 outside Boston by Walter Lipsett, starting with a yellow rain slicker inspired by New England weather. Still family-owned three generations later, the brand grew from rainwear into outerwear, fleece, activewear, and corporate styles built to handle changing seasons and everyday wear.
