Callaway CGM452 Men's Tonal Polo Shirts

This is the men's Callaway Tonal polo, style CGM452. It is the stretch jersey people keep reordering when they want a golf name on the sleeve and their own mark on the chest. 160 gsm single knit, 92% polyester / 8% spandex. That is about 4.7 oz./yd2 in the older catalog language. Light enough for a July tee time. Enough body that it does not read like a cheap gym shirt under a blazer at lunch.

Opti-Dri moves sweat off the skin so the shirt dries while you walk. UV Block is rated UPF 50. The spandex is knit in so a full turn does not fight the side seams. Self-fabric collar. Three-button placket with Callaway-embossed buttons. Double-needle hem with side vents. Heat-seal label, no scratchy neck tag. Tonal embroidered Callaway TOUR logo sits on the right sleeve on purpose. Left chest stays clean for company thread.

Where it gets used

Golf outings, member-guest days, and client foursomes where the shirt has to look like golf, not a warehouse uniform. Sales calls after 18 holes. Hotel and club staff who stand in sun. Office Fridays when the dress code is a polo and the parking lot is hot. Pair it with the ladies Tonal CGW447 when the group is mixed and you still want the same cloth story.

Who it is for

Men who already know the Callaway chevron and do not want to explain the brand on a gift. Buyers who need S through 4XL in one style. Teams that wash shirts every week and still want stretch, not a stiff 65/35 piqué. People who will wear it on the course Saturday and to a cookout Sunday.

Why they pick this cut

It is a best seller because it hits the middle: not a $20 jersey work polo, not a $90 tour piece with a busy all-over print. The tonal sleeve mark reads as golf without eating the decoration field. Stretch and Opti-Dri are the two reasons it stays in a rotation after the event. Side vents keep the hem from climbing a belt. Tag-free neck is the small thing wearers notice on a long day.

What buyers say

People who wear Callaway stretch polos keep coming back to the same points. The shirt feels cooler on hot rounds than a heavy cotton piqué. The stretch is what they notice on a swing, not a marketing line. Fit reads more athletic than a boxy staff polo, and some men size with that in mind. Colors hold up after washes. A few note it is a warm-weather cloth, not a layer for a cold morning. Compliments on the look show up as often as comments about the hand. That is why this style stays on the reorder list.

Embroidery and print

Left chest is the clean field. Stay off the three-button placket, the self-fabric collar, and the tonal Callaway mark on the right sleeve. Performance polyester takes embroidery well. Screen print and heat transfer need a test on this knit so ink does not sit stiff or migrate. Pull no tag; the heat-seal label is already gone from the neck. Blank samples are allowed for evaluating fit, color, and fabric before a decorated order. Up to 2 of each style, color, and size. Different sizes of the same shirt are allowed.

Care

Machine wash cold with like colors. Do not bleach. Tumble dry low. Cool iron if needed. Do not iron decoration or the sleeve Tour mark. Keep dryer heat modest on this polyester-spandex knit.
