|Click the MY ACCOUNT link at the top right hand side of our site and login to edit your account information.
|How do I return my product?|
|Click here to request a Return Authorization. Please visit our Terms and Conditions page for full Return details.|
|How much is my shipping?|
|Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.|
|I forgot my password.|
|Click the MY ACCOUNT link at the top right hand side of our site. Click the link "I FORGOT MY PASSWORD" to have it emailed to you.|
|I received the wrong product.|
Although we strive for perfection, we sometimes make mistakes. If you received an incorrect item on your Order or an item was damaged in shipment or has a manufacturer defect, rest assured we will correct it at no cost to you and as soon as possible. In most cases we can re-ship your Order the same day or within 24 hours.
|What is your return policy?|
|When will my order ship?|
|Most all orders placed by Noon CST ship Same Day. We usually can ship all orders placed by 3PM CST the same day. Same Day Shipping is NOT guaranteed. Tommy Hilfiger, Dunbrooke, Page & Tuttle, Jockey & Greg Norman are the only brands excluded from same day shipping and will ship within 1-3 Business Days.
You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment. You can also track your Orders by logging into your Account.
